RE: Issue When Exiting RetroArch
@Zing Yes! I did mess around with editing the songs to lower their volume. I find the menu music to be drastically louder than the emulators. Can you please tell me the frequency they should be? Thank you for your suggestion.

RE: Issue When Exiting RetroArch
@OyyoDams Thanks. I did that and the issue persists. I mapped them to the "Z" and "C" buttons, respectively, on the M30. I feel I should also note the issue appeared when the M30 hadn't been connected for a while.

Issue When Exiting RetroArch
Hey, all. Recently whenever I exit RetroArch to head back to the main Recalbox UI, it appears to crash. The screen goes black but then never boots back up again. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Any way to randomize the front end music?
I've loaded about 70 custom songs on my Recalbox, but, I always hear the same darn song when I boot the system. Is there anyway to randomize which song plays on startup? Thanks.

RE: Where is es_system.cfg?
I'm trying to make a backup of
es_system.cfg
so that I can make a folder that uses the Sega Genesis theme and another that uses the Japanese Mega Drive theme and the same for Super Nintendo/Super Famicom per Nachtarm's instructions here: https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-themes/issues/131Is there a guide somewhere on how to do this?

RE: Issue with sound on DS4 via Bluetooth
Alright, I think I may have it. I'll try this out tonight:
Connect in ssh via putty
Mount partition : mount -o remount,rw /
Edit this file: nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
Add this line: blacklist snd-usb-audio
Save & rebootSound about right?

RE: Issue with sound on DS4 via Bluetooth
@rockaddicted Thank you for the reply. Can you please point me in the right direction on how to blacklist the sound module on my DS4?

Issue with sound on DS4 via Bluetooth
Hey, all.
So I've been using a DS4 on a Pi3 via the Sony proprietary Bluetooth dongle and works great. However, if I turn my Pi off and leave the dongle plugged in, the next time I turn it on there is no sound. I then plugged headphones into my DS4 and realized the Bluetooth dongle is high-jacking the audio on startup. I am not sure if this can be fixed within Recalbox or if I have to fix it on the Sony end somehow.
Has anyone else ever dealt with this? Any ideas? Please and thanks.

RE: What is the name of the config file for PC Engine CD?
I got it. Thanks everyone!

RE: What is the name of the config file for PC Engine CD?
@acris Not yet because I wasn't sure "pcenginecd.configfile" was the correct name. Can you confirm that will work?

RE: What is the name of the config file for PC Engine CD?
Hmm... Do I need to rename the new config for PCE CD to what I named the one for PCE (pcecustom.cfg)? I'll try that I tonight.

RE: What is the name of the config file for PC Engine CD?
@Substring Thank you for the reply. That is what I did for PC Engine (regular) and it works great, but has no effect on PC Engine CD

What is the name of the config file for PC Engine CD?
I'm trying to assign a custom config for PC Engine CD games and I am unsure what the name of the default config file is for PC Engine CD games. I don't think it's the same for regular PC Engine games because I've got it working for that and the config I plan to use for CD is the same.
I want to add a line in recalbox.conf to point it to my custom config but don't know what the original config file is called.
