Change updates.type=stable to unstable

When I edit the /share/system/recalbox.conf file by changing updates.type.stable to updates.type.unstable, my recalbox don't find any new update in the update menu. So I guess I have to reboot the system so it use the right configuration but when i do so, the file is back to it's origine.
I want to update to 4.1 to use the built-in bluetooth of my raspberry and use ps3 controller.

My recalbox version is currently 4.0.2 and run on a raspberry 3.

@totocrenn Currently it's not possible to update to 4.1 unstable. Please be patient and wait for 4.1 stable
