GameSir G3w Wired Game Controller is a controller compatible with android windows and ps3 console so i think its strange that my raspberry pi 3 cant even see it, i try with a generic usb controller and everything work but i need gamesir controller for his stand for making it portable. @Lorenzo-Cioncolini what RPi version are you using? What recalbox version? The internal bluetooth in the RPi3 is only activated since the 4.1 unstable.

Im using RPi 3 B and with recalbox 4.1, the controller is not bluetooth its use usb port

@Lorenzo-Cioncolini ups, sorry... totally missed the "wired" part.
I suppose the controller has different start modes. Have you tried with all of them? Which one does it have?
On recalbox.conf you should try changing the inputdriver from auto to sdl2.

I also bought this controller and I'm meet the same problem. I tried to enable XBox controller instead of ps3 one, without success.

Any linux driver seems available for the G3W.
