[BASH] Scrape your roms on macOS and Linux - fastscraper
-
Well, this is actually very experimental for me because I have actually no idea about bash scripting, but it appears to be working. I only tested it on Ubuntu and it worked perfectly, but I'm not a programmer so neither my code is nice nor I know if I'll be able to port every single function to it (specially to macOS).
I just hope our friends on other OSs than Windows have now an easier way to scrape than before.
From the command-line type the following to set appropriate permissions if needed:
chmod u+x ./fastscraper
Any feedback is very welcome!

more or less... you need to set the permission with the chmod as stated above.

@paradadf I tried on linux and macos and works perfect.
I download fastscraper and give execution permission with :
chmod +x fastscraper
and then execute with:
./fastcraperand ready !

I run on the same raspberry pi 2 and runs ok!
How can I send you information about 'No valid roms found in zip'? -
With sselph scraper, you can't. It doesn't generate a list like UXS does.
