Vertical Image Upside Down

Vertical image is upside down. Tried to add display_rotate=2 to the config.txt file but it does not work. Can anyone help? Thanks!!

@steeleye25 screen rotation is no more supported (and not suported again yet) since we switched to kms/dri drivers (pizero2, pi3, pi4)
