        @petros2215 can you send us the support archive to see what"s going on.

          Same issue with X-ARCADE TANKSTICK and Rasberry pi3 B on recalbox 7.0.1

          working good on recalbox 6.1.1.

          and
          controllers.xarcade.enabled=1
          setup correctly.

          Any solution?

              How does one "can you send us the support archive to see what"s going on."

              I would love to get this resolved. I updated recalbox on my pi 3, and my x-arcade is no longer recognised....

                @Vince-Pelss If it is on the web interface that says:

                "If you are asked to send the output of the recalbox-support.sh script, you can do it from here.
                You'll be given an URL that you'll just have to paste in the forum."

                It has been spinning for 20 minutes. And I have tried multiple times.

                How long should it take? I am not sure the recalbox-support.sh script is working.

                  @Vince-Pelss there are errors, but an archive is created despite the errors. Juste check

                    @ian57 When I click 'launch script' it never returns anything.

                    I am assuming there is a file on the \recalbox\share
                    but what is the path to the file?

                            @ian57 when I drag and drop, it says I have no privileges to do that, and there is no attach document functionality.

                            So as far as I can see, there is no way to upload a zip file here.

                                  https://recalbox.gitbook.io/tutorials/access/root-access-via-terminal

                                  terminal access no longer seems to work either.

                                  recalbox 7.1 is pretty much unusable at this point for me (from a fresh install)

                                  Surely I can't be the only one noticing these issues?

                                      @Vince-Pelss it is also interesting to note that the newest pi 3 image has in the cmdline.txt:
                                      dev=/dev/mmcblk0p2
                                      not
                                      root=/dev/mmcblk0p2

                                      so I am not sure if the pi 3 image was tested or if dev=/dev/mmcblk0p2 is meant to work.
                                      I need to change it as I boot from a usb device.

                                            It's ok, I am starting to like retropie.
