 @efisal @petros2215 could you please give a support archive as @ian57 asked for ? He can't help you without any logs, we dont have all devices and matériel. Thanx

 @ian57 said in X-ARCADE TANKSTICK rasbbery pi4: can you send us the support archive to see what"s going on. How does one "can you send us the support archive to see what"s going on." I would love to get this resolved. I updated recalbox on my pi 3, and my x-arcade is no longer recognised....

 @Vince-Pelss If it is on the web interface that says: "If you are asked to send the output of the recalbox-support.sh script, you can do it from here.
 You'll be given an URL that you'll just have to paste in the forum."It has been spinning for 20 minutes. And I have tried multiple times. How long should it take? I am not sure the recalbox-support.sh script is working.

 @Vince-Pelss there are errors, but an archive is created despite the errors. Juste check

 @ian57 When I click 'launch script' it never returns anything. I am assuming there is a file on the \recalbox\share
 but what is the path to the file?
-

 OK, is this the folder?
 \recalbox\share\saves
 how do I get this file on the forum?

 @Vince-Pelss upload it here simply.
-

 @ian57 when I drag and drop, it says I have no privileges to do that, and there is no attach document functionality. So as far as I can see, there is no way to upload a zip file here.

 @Vince-Pelss
 please use server as dl.free.fr or dropbox or google drive.

 https://recalbox.gitbook.io/tutorials/access/root-access-via-terminal terminal access no longer seems to work either. recalbox 7.1 is pretty much unusable at this point for me (from a fresh install) Surely I can't be the only one noticing these issues?

 @Vince-Pelss headphone jack no longer works with 7.1
-

 @Vince-Pelss it is also interesting to note that the newest pi 3 image has in the cmdline.txt:
 dev=/dev/mmcblk0p2
 not
 root=/dev/mmcblk0p2so I am not sure if the pi 3 image was tested or if dev=/dev/mmcblk0p2 is meant to work.
 I need to change it as I boot from a usb device.

 @Vince-Pelss please use 7.01 which fix it

 @Vince-Pelss sorr @Vince-Pelss said in X-ARCADE TANKSTICK rasbbery pi4: @acris Thanks. SOrry I have no time now for the tankstick problem
-

 @ian57 I was using 7.01 It's ok, I am starting to like retropie.
-

 @Vince-Pelss retropie is working? well in this case i think our "keyboard" patch is pethaps the problem
-

 @ian57 with retopie, I did not add the Xarcade2Jstick driver, I am using the x-arcade like a keyboard if that helps.

 @Vince-Pelss thanks for this reply. This problem is in my todo list
 but i really need the device to make test and I have not.
