Migrating Games/Data to 6.0 - Easy Way?

Hi there! I am looking to upgrade to 6.0 -- but I'm a bit overwhelmed as I've (like all of you) invested a way too much time than I'd like to admit in perfectly configuring my existing Recalbox setup between the games, art, etc.

So question is -- is there a fairly straightforward way to do a clean install of 6.0, as needed, and then migrate all my games/art/etc over to the new install? Any help would be much appreciated!

@RetroDude78 Just backup your bios, save and roms folders, burn the new image with etcher and you'll be fine
