@marcdk If you are in Linux, use gparted. If you are on Windows, you need a specific program to resize partitions, whichever one serves, one of the most popular is partition magic. Another option is to download a Linux image, burn it to a USB flash drive, make a "live CD", boot the USB stick without installing Linux (there is an option to test the system without installing it on the PC), and use gparted .
