Hard disk installation

Hi
I want to put Recalbox on the second hard drive. The version for computers (PC 64 bits - x86_64). At boot, I will choose from which disk is loaded.
I have a computer running Windows 10, how can I do it (did not find any descriptions)?
Thank you!
p.s. sorry for my translation

@lrn hi
Using etcher avdanced mode, you can burn the img to a hard drive. Make sure not to erease an unwanted disk -
How to burn an image to a hard drive from under Windows 10? All utilities write to flash drive ...
-
@lrn like @Substring said, use Etcher... in unsafe mode to enable write on hard disk.
-
What should be done? He does not give you the choice of a drive!
My second disc is divided into two parts - is not that a problem?
Thank you!
-
@lrn Is your Windows currently using or F: drive ?
And where recalbox.img.xz is located ?
-
Disk D:/
-
@lrn you can't flash this disk... because the image is on this disk. Put the image on
-
@lrn But be carefull, it will erase both and F: !
-
I have two disks on my laptop.
- System (Windows 10) (C/:)
- The disk is divided into two sections (D:/ + F:/)
I want to install the recalc box on the disk F:/
Now he chooses two sections at once
-
@lrn you can't install on F: only. The installation will erase the whole drive.
Recalbox is an Operating System, which creates its own partitions. That's why you can't install it in an existing partition.
-
If you put Recalbox, and then Acronis change partitions. Is this possible?
I do not have, not a monitor, no TV. Therefore it is necessary so to get out, without Raspberry Pi!
-
@lrn you don't have a usb key on which you could burn reclbox and then boot your laptop on it ?
-
The hard drive is more convenient + 10 places more!
-
@lrn in this case you have to use the whole hard drive. Currently you can't install Recalbox and keep other partitions.
-
Thank you for the detailed and fast response!
Question:
Can I change the sound driver? I have a noise after the launch. Noise overlaps the sound (there is sound, but noise is louder). Noise - Pphhhhhhhhhhhh...Sound card: Realtek ALC269
