@MichaelK Exfat4 is faster, and less likely to corrupt, but there are several people who format in fat32 and have no problem. It is recommended to keep it on exfat4, but if you want to leave it on fat32, do it at your own risk, it is not sure that there will be problems, but it is more likely.

Recalbox is a LINUX-based operating system, and if you do a little research, you'll notice that NTFS is a format only recognized by WINDOWS, so it wouldn't work in Recalbox. FAT 32 is recognized by both Linux and Windows.

Je ne comprends pas trop l’intérêt de formater une SD fat32, puisque le fichier .img fournit par Recalbox est à "bruler" directement sur la sd sans préparation avec etcher. Le système résultant possède alors 3 partitions, une fat32 pour le boot, et 2 ext3/4 pour le system et le share.

Mis à part peut être pour l'installation avec noobs.
