Boas noticias.

Consegui resolver este erro da seguinte maneira.

Em uma maquina Windows XP SP3 , utilizei o SD FORMATER 4 com as opções "full (overwrite) e Turning "on" ativadas e para o formato FAT32.
Após o termino do processo, acessei o "diskmgmt.msc" do windows para verificar as partições, e a mesma estava apenas com 1 partição em FAT32.
Copiei os arquivos novamente para o cartão SD e o sistema funcionou.

IT WORKED! 🙂 There was no resizing existing Fat Partition Error. I just transfered Noobs lite installer files on the card and installed recalbox easily over the net. It was the best and easy way to do that, thanks Substring 🙂
