Fixed with a manual fscheck; system updated to 18.04.20 successfully and seems to be stable.
I'll keep an eye on the sdcard, but for now everything looks fine.

Upgraded from 18.03.30 to 18.04.20 on Odroid C2, also did a fresh install but both has the sega 32X disappeared on the menu (and yes, i do have the romsinstalled on the correct folder), it's also not there on the core selection menu of the emulators.
In fact, the folder is not event there on the install (i still have it because i have my roms stored on an external hdd.
Can we hope to have this patched for the next release? The mega CD is also broken with the pre-installed core, have to manually swap it to genesisplusgx to fix the problem and be able to launch a game...
It would be also great to have the psx and n64 fixed, the lakka cores for those work like a charm on the C2 (you can see the video i created for another topic here:
https://youtu.be/hKv1HhCOmYI ). Like i say in this topic (https://forum.recalbox.com/topic/13595/odroid-c2-psx-stuttering-choppy-and-sega-cd-iso-issue/31 ) the cores used on lakka are perfect on the C2, here's the info on them:

Do you think it would be possible to have them on Recalbox? Substring said that he's quite close to lakka's developpers... Picodrive would work like a charm for the 32x games. What's strange is that recalbox also use PCSX ReARMed, maybe it's a compilation problem... I remember Lakka having the same problem on PSX with the core at launch, but it has been long fixed since then.

@bill57 si tu transfère via le Web manager, c'est une limitation voulue, car le transfert via cette interface est trop instable pour les gros fichiers.

@necrobot20xx scraping is contained in gamelist.xml, so if you don't have them (and the related images in downloaded_images directory), scraping is lost, plain and simple.

if you don't have them anymore and no way to get them back, you have to rescrape everything, there is absolutely no alternative.

re apres de moult recherche je pense avoir mis le doigt sur le problème javais un soucis dans mon fichier recalbox.conf (caractere : nulnulnulnulnulnulnulnul) toute la premiere ligne etait pour moi corrompu qui portant était clean le soucis a l'air d'etre régler le redémarrage fonctionne et depuis je nais plus de freeze sujet a mon humble avis clos !!!!!

Personne n'a une idée ?

Est-ce qu'il y a des fichiers de config que je pourrait supprimer pour repartir à zer (même si comme je l'ai dis, j'ai tout laissé par défaut) ? Supprimer le scrap aussi (aucune idée d'où sont les fichiers) ?

encore un idiot qui se plaint pour rien car franchement vous fetes un taff de fou et je trouve que votre programme c est trop de la balle moi j adore recalbox et encore plus maintenant avec themes et quand j ai un probleme vous etes tres reactive franchement je pourrais pas aller sur un autre emulateur et s il aurais ete un peu plus intelligent il aurait fait une sauvegarde de ses roms sur son ordi comme moi ^^
