Can't connect via WINSCP

Hi,
I have tried several times to connect using WinSCP to recall box. I have followed the guides and it won't find it. I am connected via ethernet. Do I need to enable SSH? And of so, how? I can access through the browser but won't let me put on files over 200-odd mb Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

@lordbarker try connecting to the ip adress of your recalbox instead of recalbox as the host name.
