New MicroSD,problem black screen on startup recalbox

I buy a 64 GB micro SD,because 16 gb too small for the roms...
then I read this post : Forum recalbox that has the same my problem,
It solved by creating a primary.

I do not understand
can you explain step by step what to do?

You must use minitool to create ansingle primary partition on your SD, formatted in fat32. Check the wiki, i guess there are some tutorials
