      @eternity57 Thx for your feedback

      Indeed changing image weight has no impact, if you want to have an impact you need to change image size/resolution, GPU doesn't care about weight but about pixels count
      That's why i have different resolutions available for the theme, PI user should use 720p or 480p as mentionned from the documentation

        @myst Make sens !

        By the way when blinking, I see the background image loaded 3 to 6 times but always blinking to white in the first seconds then after 3-5 seconds of white page then it comes to the image...

        Would it be possible, it is a script loop issue ? because from a user point of view the image load immediatly on the first second... blink to the white then redo this 3 to 6 times fade to white and after 3 to 5 seconds load and stay at screen.

        To investigate, hoping it could help you 🙂

            @myst No problem it work perfectly on 720p and we almost even notice any difference from 1080. Your theme is really a game changer on an arcade cabinet ! Thank again.

              @myst @Bkg2k
              It seems with the update to 8.0.1, switching whole system to 720p will not work anymore.
              As usual, I use following parameters:

              hdmi_group=1
              hdmi_mode=4

              in /boot/config.txt

              But Recalbox boots up in 2160p at 30Hz since the update to 8.0.1, no matter if parameters in config.txt exist, or not.

              That's strange in a second way, I thought default configuration for Pi(4) should make it boot up with 1080p, but never ever with 2160p - even when the connected display supports it.

              My current screen configuration is nothing special, a 27'' 2160p LCD monitor, connected by HDMI.

                @lhari84 Could you please send us the result of the following command in an SSH console? :
                cat /proc/cmdline

                Thank you.

                    @lhari84 Ok, could you now test the following:

                    • mount -o remount,rw /boot
                    • nano /boot/cmdline.txt
                    • Remove the latest options: video=HDMI-A-1:D video=HDMI-A-2:D
                    • Save & exit (CTRL+S, CTRL+X)
                    • reboot

                        @lhari84 Great ^^'

                        Anyway the video=HDMI-A-1:D video=HDMI-A-2:D has been suggested by the Raspberry foundation developpers to address an issue with their latest firmware 😞
                        Seems like it just changed the issue...

                              Hi @mYSt
                              I'm just fighting with enabling only specific games for each system:
                              I've changed affected games.sh files and wondered why still other games would be shown up. Afterwards I've checked the readme and found out that I have to run (all) the games.sh files.
                              If I do that, I receive errors:
                              2022-02-23_222012.jpg
                              What am I doing wrong?
                              Thanks in advance!

                              P.S.:
                              To be honest, I really like the artwork of v1.x more. I guess you have replaced a lot in v2.0 to provide more authentic pictures for each game version, that's understandable, though.
                              No problem at all, fortunately I can replace the background files in new version with old ones 😉

                                Add. info regarding my last post:
                                In my case, executing the games.sh destroys the background in system view:
                                All 3 systems I've tested show up only a black background after reboot. Backgrounds in gamelist view are ok but still show up game themes I have disabled.

                                Pi 4:
                                Sony DualShock 4 (2nd gen), 8BitDo Pro 2, 8BitDo SF30 PRO, Retroflag SUPERPi 4 Case, Recalbox 9.0

                                    Bonjour,

                                    Lorsque j'utilise le fichier next_pixel_screenshot_title.xml dans Skraper pour obtenir des images mix, tout est OK à l'exception du système naomigd qui utilise l'image par défaut computer_flat.png (le système naomi lui est correctement affiché avec arcade.png.

                                    Ci-dessous le contenu du fichier next_pixel_screenshot_title.xml lignes 85 et 86 :
                                    <!-- ARCADE arcade,atomiswave,daphne,fba,fbneo,mame,model3,naomi -->
                                    <Item IfSystem="IsInTheList:53,49,75,55,56">

                                    Quel numéro faudrait-il ajouter pour que naomigd soit reconnu en tant que système arcade?

                                    Numéro qu'il faudra ensuite ajouter également ici j'imagine (lignes 10 et 11):
                                    <!-- DEFAULT COMPUTERS FLAT SCREEN -->
                                    <Item IfSystem="IsNotInTheList:26,40,41,80,48,106,115,2,3,104,67,109,29,122,130,23,13,87,27,1,14,142,70,31,114,72,58,57,107,22,19,20,4,108,105,59,16,18,64,111,65,43,42,37,93,66,91,113,116,117,118,131,135,213,123,218,205,141,144,73,79,77,76,53,49,75,55,56,17,129,86,217,21,9,12,10,52,28,146,15,25,82,219,221,208,237,211,61,207,102,11,45,46,220">

                                          Bien le bonjour à tous!
                                          Désolé si la question a été posée 1000 fois....;-)
                                          Pas simple de tout relire ci!
                                          J'adore ce thème, comme beaucoup d'entre nous. Simplement j'ai une vraie et nette préférence pour sa V1. J'accroche moins sur les musiques et les nouvelles images lissées de la V2.
                                          Ma question est : La V1 est t'elle parfaitement compatible avec la dernière version de RECALBOX (8.02) ? Ou bien s'expose t'on à quelques bugs et autres soucis de compatibilités?
                                          Et quid de la 8.1 qui arrive tout bientôt!✌
                                          D'avance, merci de vos réponses.
