I’ve to remove everything, even overlays, but no way: on quit games, very ofter black screen appears and need to reboot…very frustrating

if rewind and overlay is off it works
by DMT 35 : 1280x1024@60

When the problem occurs could share the file /var/log/messages which can be found in Logs tab of the manager by connecting through SSH?

log files are not stored on disk nor sdcard. The only way to get it is through SSH.

Hello, I did a little research on the Internet. I then read that you can set the ram for video. and I did that in the config.txt set gpu_mem=128 to gpu_mem=64.
And lo and behold, it works without settings you deactivate. Have tested SNES and repeatedly without black screen or FPS break-ins. Will do more tests the days and then communicate it. Sorry for my bad English. I hope I can help

@link281 thanks i will retry with what you have said over the weekend as mine is being used as a pi hole advert blocker at the min as was sick of it crashing
