hi,
i'm using a GPi Case with a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 with recalbox-rpizero2legacy.img.First boot everything was perfect. With the SD card connected to a windows pc i can open the recalbox partition and another partition with roms and saves.
I made the mistake and shut off the system directly with the power button severeal times instead of using the shutdown option. So my sd card get corrupted. So i'Ve better use the shutdown option everytime and power off the system after the screen goes completely black?
After that i've installed Recalbox several times on a freshly formated SD card. But after the installation proces in the GPi Case i don't see the partition under windows with the roms and saves? What happened?
Thanks

It's a windows bug:

@zing thanks! now it's working.
i've another question:
i saw in the faq that it's recommended to overlock the pi zero to "extreme". in the RECALBOX partition i see a recalbox-oc-config.txt. what sould i do with it?or should i use config.txt für overlocking?
Thanks

config.txt
If you edit in the config.txt file, the configuration will work, but the modification will be lost in the next update as the file will be replaced by the new one.
recalbox-oc-config.txt
Edit this file recalbox-oc-config.txt if you want the modification to remain after an update.

Hello, I have a beginner question.
I just got my pi4 and tried an image, but it gets stuck at the loading screen. I read that it was used on recalbox. I downloaded recalbox and that image ran fine, but did it install something on the board that i can run this other image or do I combine them on the same sd card to run recal box first? -
tried an image,
Sorry but I don't get it, you tried an image of what exactly?
If you are referring to a ready-made image downloaded from the internet, please be aware that this type of image is illegal and we do not support it, if you want support for unofficial images you need to ask whoever modified the image.
Download and install the official image of the latest official version of Recalbox if you want forum support. You did it and it worked, right? So now you just add the ROMS and BIOS you want. Remembering that ROMs and BIOS are copyrighted, so it is prohibited to request or distribute such links here on the forum.

Hi guys, sorry but totally new to recalbox and the forums, I can’t find a search feature on mobile?
Anyway, which image would you recommend for pi zero 2 and gpi case please? On raspberry pi imager I’ve tried the one listed as pi zero / 1 / gpi case but i imagine it’s for the first iteration of pi zero. Should i be using the pi 3 one or is there a different image i should download and install? Many thanks for your help -

If you opened the forum on your smartphone, just click on the three dashes in the upper left corner, next to the Recalbox logo, and you'll find several options, including search.
