      Hi all,

A new version of ARRM is available :

      1.8.7.8 (01/02/2020)

      • Update of the configuration files for the creation of overlays on Recalbox/Retropie. #video_shader_enable = "true" and input_overlay_hide_in_menu = "true" (olivierdroid92 and toniosj).
      • Addition of a button 'Resize Overlays' in the panel 'Possible actions on selected Roms' which allows to resize the existing overlays. See tooltip on the button for more explanation. See wiki : http://jujuvincebros.fr/wiki/arrm/doku.php?id=resize_overlays-en
      • Correction of the overlays path for games under Batocera (now each game overlay is placed in a corresponding system subfolder)
      • Fixed a bug when creating overlay configuration files on Batocera (missing 🙂
      • Addition of a 'GamesDatabase Music' checkbox in the 'Scrap Options' tab which allows during a scrape to retrieve, on the Gamesdatabase site, musics if not present. A <music> tag will be written in the gamelist.xml (usable with my JVB_Quizz game)
      • Addition of a button 'Recover music' in the panel 'Actions possible on selected Roms' which allows to extract the audio track of the videos if the video exists or to go to seek it on the site GamesDatabase. A <music> tag will be written in the gamelist.xml (usable with my JVB_Quizz game)
      • Addition of a music folder in the Folder tab where the mp3s recovered via the options above will be stored.
      • Permutation of Dev / Manufacturer when creating XML for Hyperspin.
      • During a scrap on Screenscraper, if a manual is not found, a search is launched on GamesDatabase

If you already have version 1.8.7.7, you can download only the executable alone + some configuration files here: http://jujuvincebros.fr/telechargements2/category/12-arrm-executable-only

Apple II - same as above

Apple 2G - same as above

Arcade alternative - the "crt" look with marquee / game name bottom right, and no box art, as its an arcade game

Arcade alternative 2 - ditto - the "crt" look with marquee / game name bottom right, a generic arcade machine bottom left, and no box art, as its an arcade game

Arcade Atomiswave alternative - same as above, only with a pic of an Atomiswave arcade machine bottom left

Arcade Naomi alternative - same as above, only pic of a Naomi machine bottom left

Atari ST- like most of the console thrmes, computer image down bottom right, box art bottom left etc

            Hi all,
            I've done another 2 themes.
Although it may not be obvious to everyone, buried in the Commodore 64 folder on Recalbox, are folders for 2 additional Commodore computers:

            The Commodore Vic20 (released 1980)

The Commodore Plus 4 (released 1984) which internally was identical to the Commodore C16 and C116 except with the Plus4 having more memory, meaning 99.9% of games worked on all 3 variants.

So, in the same link as before, I have put the 2 themes.
Again, if anyone finds any bugs, let me know.

              Hi all,
              Another theme.
Although there are literally thousands of games for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48k, there are a few hundred that only run on the enhanced ZX Spectrum 128k (and the later +2 and +3 models post sale of Sinclair Research to Amstrad).

So, as I have 245 128k only games, I've made a theme for the ZX Spectrum 128k.

Simplest way to scrape is to do your Speccy games as normal except the 128k ones, then highlight your 128k ones, change theme to the 128k one I've made, and scrape those, giving you a cool folder showing instantly which games are 128k enhanced.

Again, theme is in the link above.

                Hi all,
After creating the ZX Spectrum 128k theme, my friends said they wanted one where it was more obvious that this was for the 128k enhanced games, so........here is an alternative ZX Spectrum 128k theme that has in "Sinclair red" the words "128K ENHANCED" along the bottom!

Again, files in same link as before.

                    Hi all,
                    I've done another 2 themes!
One for the Nintendo 64 DD disk drive add on games (there were only about 10 to 15 games ever made I believe), and, a good theme for the Capcom Play System 1, 2 and 3 games (just put the 80 ish working ROMS in the FBNEO folder).

Again, files in same link as before.

                        Hi all,
                        I've done another themes!
This one is for the small amount of games in the "Ports" folder that come pre-installed. I've added Flashback and Outrun to my own setup, and Outrun is stunning. Widescreen, 60fps and lots of additional settings to tweak.

                        sample_ports.png

@nexusone13 Hi all, just noticed some bad artifacts on the "mix_Super_Cassette_Vision" transparency, so I've re done the png image files in the folder on the drive.

ANYONE WHO HAS USED THEM OR ARE ABOUT TO, PLEASE RE DOWNLOAD THE NEW FILES, OR IF EASIER, JUST TAKE THE FOLDER'S CONTENTS.

                          Thanks,

                            Hi all,
As I now have about 80 Uzebox games, I thought I'd do a theme for them.

As usual, files are in the usual place, ie https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1q_pVaGeFQb5GFfLUiNNACrinJwWbruU1?usp=sharing

Oh, @nexusone13 - Im having a problem. Any time I use the "Delete unused photos and videos" option, every time, it deletes every file in the folder. Tried it 5 or 6 times now and every time, folder is emptied - any ideas?

@RustyMG scrape any game and click on 'send debug info to developer' in the 'contact' tab. Pass on the arrm discord (see signature). I will be more reactive.

                                    Another theme!
This time for the Openbor games.
This was the biggest pain in the a$$ yet, as I took a screengrab from a game then cut out 4 fighters then cut them out from the background, which took a long time.......

Anyway, files are in the usual place, ie https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1q_pVaGeFQb5GFfLUiNNACrinJwWbruU1?usp=sharing

I may do one for the Daphne stuff if I can find what I'm looking for.

                                          @nexusone13 Hi nexusone.
Please see attached screengrab. The scrape folder name matches the image folder name perfectly - both are "./downloaded_images", yet even in the latest release from the other day, I went to delete the hundreds of unused images, and it again deleted everything in the folder. I am puzzled ! 🤔
