Trouble with splash screen (resolution ?)

@MadCow thats strange becaus I use viewsonic 19" screen with these parameter and everithing is working. BUT i use hdmi vga converter. I think we should look at dvi option

did you try to add

hdmi_drive=1 # force dvi

and

hdmi_force_hotplug=1

Custom videos works ! It's not the good format (my 19" screens are 1280x1024. 4:3 or 5:4 ratio ?) it's compressed, but can see the video on my both screens.
