first at all i am a professional amiga-user (coding, elctronics and all that s**t).
I went over to retropie4.1 for a testrun with uae4arm v0.5.
In my opinion, it makes sense to integrate the emulator now. The basic configurations and scripts could be tested in this way. The emulator could become even faster, but some titles can be played well. The CD32 emulation with the correct ROMs is able to start correctly from ISO files. All necessary buttons can be mapped onto an XBOX controller. The CD32 does not need a keyboard or mouse. For those who would like to test a workbench on the CD32, I can recommend the "cd32wb_r1.iso". (Hllp: //helenvivet,free,fr/Pegasos/cd32wb_r1,zip)
The CD is very useful for testing, on the Amiga side the mouse is mapped to the joypad and there is a screen keyboard. Regardless, connected USB mice and keyboards also work. A full use by controller is given in any case.
On the subject of speed, the graphic output of the Customchips is still very slow, despite various test settings (352x256 + frameskip), but the CPU emulation is fast. I can NOT confirm a stable system with the settings.
Allways kernelpanic or sometimes just ---- nothing --- .
With 1550 Mhz the system ran stable, at boot there was occasionally a kernelpanic if it had been running for some time, but if the system where up and running it was stable. I suspect that a better heat sink could help here. The enclosed is a bit small. With 1500 MHz, the system runs unobtrusively, no problems.
My AmigaCD32 and DTV64 add-ons also work, with the PSP emulator still has something to fight.

Die letzten Tage habe ich Substring angetickert, bis er mal mit der Sprache rausgerückt hat, dass nur zwei Leute vom Team (er und digi) überhaupt das ganze System kompilieren könnten. Er schreib etwas vom PPSSPP Emulator der nicht richtig laufen würde, darauf habe ich meine Hilfe angeboten.
Dass man meine Hilfe nicht haben möchte, merkt man an der Antwort .. warte aufs Public Testing ..
Trotz "BewerbungsVideo" mit durchkonfigurierter PPSSPP und AddOns ala DTV64 & CD32.

I only heard about retrogaming on the PI and started with a short visit on RetroPi and changed very fast to RecalBox.
It is absolute amazing, the frontend is made for kids, total easy to use.
I just wanted to build a gamingmachine for my son, after four weeks it is perfect.
Including customized intro & splashscreen, roms and all the required settings.
Recalbox is simply great!
Meanwhile i bought a second PI for me as a testmachine.
I started with projects like overclocking (stable at CPU1350 / GPU500 / RAM500) and now i like to try to integrate UAE / VICE Emulation.
If i could, i would change the coming C64 and Amiga Emulation in a DTV64 Emulation and CD32-Emulation.
Both versions a pure gamingmachines and can be 100% controlled by normal controllers.
And both systems are able to use normal C64 or Amiga software if it is really needed.
