      Well i just edited the emulationdtation config file, accesing the sd with a program called paragon exts and changing the emulators order:
      -first all nintendos
      -segas
      -nec
      -neogeo
      -atari
      -psx
      -computers
      -mame and fba
      -ports

      @KwansuDude read the wiki again. Use the correct romset. neogeo.zip must be placed in the neogeo folder together with roms.
