@dmcbr if the question is about best SBC around $50, including the ones not supported by recalbox, i would include odroid n2 (the 2GB variant is 62$) and vote for it, it's doing a great job at running saturn & dreamcast.
Vou ir com essa iso mesmo, apesar de faltar alguns emuladores, vai ter jogo pra caramba nisso. Se eu tiver paciência, mais pra frente tento aprender como instalar os de meu interesse que faltam aqui.
