Question about Recalbox on PC/Windows and loading Roms from NAS

I have two questions:
if I burn the Recalbox image on a USB drive, is there a way to load the games from a Network Share then or will it only launch games that are on the USB drive?

Also, if I put Recalbox on a USB drive and install Windows 10 on my Rpi 3, is it possible to use the USB drive with my Rpi 3?
