8bitdo 30NES bluetooth problem

Hello, i have a raspberry pi 3B, with recalbox 4.0.2, with a bluetooth dongle 2.0. I'm trying to pair 2 of this controlers, i can do it, and configure it both. But when i try to start a game. the controlores start to work slow (i press a button and a second later execute the accion), and then lose conection.
What u recommend? a 4.0 dongle?

@valtanders does the same happens when you connect them over usb? If so, try enabling the game mode on your tv.
But yes, a 4.0 dongle should work better (in theory).
