Recalbox partition

Hi im new to the pi world... ivd just purchased a pi3b with a 16go sd card ivd succefuly installed recalbox and raspbian via the noobs install setup... the problem i have is that i wanna pu roms onto the pi now and i only have 3go of space... how can this be possible ?? when i connect to the recalbox from my windows pc in the monitoring section i see 3 partitions
dev/root / 1.9Gio
dev/mmcblk0p8 / root 59Mio
dev/mmcblk0p10 / recalbox/share 3.7Gio

is there anyway that i can use the whole 14.2Go that i have on my sdcard ???

Noobs divide the partitions equally between the installed OS's. The only way to change that is to pre-download the noobs packages and manually edit the respective json files. Something about expand false true and manually inputing the partition size. I've never done it before but read about it on internet.
