Solved Directional joypad issue (Recalbox 4.0)

I'm with a strange problem, no matter the joypad or emulator, sometimes when I push "up/right" the response is "down/left". It causes many problems when playing shooters or fighting games... More anyone with this problem? Ideas? Thanks in advance.

You need to be more specific with your description. "Sometimes" is very vague.
If that doesn't happen always in one specific core for all the games, then the specific game is meant to be played like that. -
Examples: when I am playing Rainden on MAME, sometimes when I push the ship to up/right it goes to down/left instead and it happens ramdomly with all other games where I can use up/right. I do not know other way to say it, sometimes it goes to down/left... I tried with 3 differente controllers and get the same results... And I'm pretty sure the problem is not in my fingers... ^^

What I don't get is if, considering one single game, when you press up it usually goes up and just sometimes, out of the blue, it goes in the opposite direction. Or if that happens every single time that you press one direction and it goes to the opposite.
Does that happens only on mame or with other systems as well? -
Well, nevermind. I erased all the controllers configurations and recalibrate then one by one (three at all) on the emulation station, one of them were with a malfunction on the directional pad (a sega saturn style retropad), the other two are ok now. Obrigado por sua atenção, @paradadf!
