PS3 controls works only on ES not in game

Hi, I have a wireless SHANWAN ps3 controller, i have just changed recalbox.conf to
controllers.ps3.enabled=1
controllers.ps3.driver=shanwan
controller works on Emulation station but not when i run emulators, why?

I have a pi3 and last recalbox 4b5

Do you configure your gamepad in emulationstation menu > gamepad options ?
