8bitdo USB and Bluetooth controller connection
-
Hi everyone!
I have two 8bitdo NES30 Pro controllers since a couple of months and just a few days ago and for the very first time, I connected one of them using the USB cable. There is one problem though... the Bluetooth gets activated and suddenly the controller is sending double signals (one through USB, one though Bluetooth).
Of couse, if I choose to forget paired devices (or remove the Bluetooth dongle), recalbox would be getting just one signal. But you can imagine that isn't optimal, as the second controller would need to be connected per USB as well, or only one of them can be paired, or...
I suppose this is happening with all 8bitdo controllers. Or maybe only with the ones that should be started just with the power button. Any thoughts? -
Use 8bitdo zero !
- their firmware sucks
- don't ever have 2 of such pads with different fw versions, you can't have them both working at the same time
- but you can't play with them on USB
- you can't play with them on BT too because they are too small
Well, now a serious answer : blame 8bitdo for still emitting when they are plugged on USB

@subs hahaha I have two Zeros as well, probably with the same firmware as I can connect both at the same time. I'll report it to 8bitdo. Thanks!

I'm thinking about making a PR to erase the configs for the USB connected pads as they will probably don't fix this.
