Hardcore RetroAchievements won't support retroarch 1.15 anymore

Retroachievements announced few years ago hardcore achievements will count as softcore for outdated emulators that have existing updates. So retroarch 1.15 won't be supported anymore next month.

Hello, Retroarch have been b*mped for Recalbox 10. I don't think there will have anything new on Recalbox 9.x for this, we are 100% focused on version 10.
