My recalbox does not restart and does not enter any games, how to solve this?

what do you mean by "i opened it". What did you open ?
Or did you buy a recalbox stuff online ?

I bought an arcade that I've had for about 2 or 3 years, but as I said, my son put another jostick in the usb port and it generated a conflict that stopped restarting, when I need to change the game I have to turn it off and on again. and now I wanted to update the equipment, but the IT technician went to put a mouse in the door and ended up disconfiguring the game emulators. I don't know what to do because if I could restore it when I bought it, I believe it would solve the problems, the games are there, but I don't know where to move, and solve it. If you have any option that I can see where you configure the emulator games already solve something

@MarcelodeAzevedo i suggest you contact your technician, as far as we don't know how is configured your arcade cabinet, ans the modifications they brought.
It's still annoying i can understand it, but our help will be useless as far as we do not know anything about your arcade set-up.
