Recalbox RGB Dual questions

Hi!

What is the maximum resolution of the vga port? 640x480? 2048×1536? Will there be support for 75 or 100hz? I supose console games are limited to 60hz.

Can I use a 100hz tv? If not... will there be support?

I've readed this manual, but it doesn't solve my questions. I want to use a crt monitor instead of a tv, but before buying the monitor and the recalbox rgb dual I would like to check that it works above 640x480.
