Recalbox 7.2.2 stuck on second screen

I had 7.1.x working and when the update came out I updated to 7.2.2

I turned on today and it gets to the second screen, the one showing the version number. However, it freezes here.

I am new to PI's, I have a Pi4 8gb.

Any help is appreciated.
