7.2.2 PI 4 does not show image on tv

Hi!,
The problem is the following, when I connect to my 24" monitor it works without problems, but when I connect it to my 42" 4k TV it does not show an image

I tried commenting this line and it didn't work:
;system.es.videomode = CEA 4 HDMI

any suggestion?

@clay Test with the other HDMI port, or make sure you don't have a cable or TV problem, the tvservice command should have recognized your TV, it doesn't seem to be a problem with Recalbox.

Find on your recalbox sd card file named "recalbox-user-config" and edit lines:

uncomment to force a specific HDMI mode (this will force VGA)
hdmi_group=1
hdmi_mode=16

It works to me.
