Nag Messages with Mame2003-Plus

Hi, been lurking here for about a month now. Most things I have figured out.
With mame 2010 I added the following to the mame.ini file
skip_warnings
skip_gameinfo
@\saves\mame\mame2010\ini\mame.ini
Where do I disable warnings and gameinfo for mame2003-plus and mame2016?
