Compatibility with P3B & P3B+

Hi there, it´s unclear for me if Recalbox is already compatible with Pi 3B and Pi3B+ ?
Also which one is the bestPi to use with Recalbox as Pi4 is obviously not supported yet and nobody knows how long that will take from what I´ve read.

@bubbler Pi 3B+ is great with Recalbox. Otherwise if you're OK holding off, Pi4 is a better investment going forward!
