Adding ROMs to an internal Hard drive with a USB

I have Recalbox installed on a 250 Gig internal hard drive and it works great. I have played the games that came with it. I want to now transfer roms to that same hard drive but can't figure out how to accomplish it. I would love to stick my USB into my windows system, transfer the roms then plug it in to the recalbox machine and see a pop up on the screen that says (would you like to transfer these roms onto your hard drive), but I guess that's not going to happen.

@modigazzi you can easily use the file manager inside kodi to copy your roms with an user interface.
