Dragonblaze 6.1 splash video stops abruptly

So I've got this 15 seconds splash video and the the line "system.splash.length=" set to 0 in recalbox.conf. However, Recalbox plays about 8 seconds of the video and cuts immediately to main menu. Is this an known issue?

@arcadelix you are selling your bartops bundled with recalbox and games, which you are not legally allowed to. Your are making profit out of the work of thousends of people that contribute to open-source proyects and explicitely decided to publish their work for free for non-commercial purposes only. Although I understand the reprimand and banning of this user, I was having the same issue and was hoping there would be an answer to this question.
