Solved Controller settings - what ‘default’ means ?

Hi there,

To make my Wii classic controller (connected on a wiimote) work in games I had to set it as controller #1 (instead of ´default’) in controller settings in Recalbox menu. This was only needed for games, the controller was already working in menu before this change.

What does ‘default’ mean ? Do we have to fix the order for each controller ?

@zaccret in that case default means automatically and randomly assigned. You are not forcing a specific controller to be P1, P2, etc. but simply let the system somehow decide that for you.

@paradadf thank you. Just to let people know, there are issues with Wii Classic Controller + wiimote if we leave ´default’. During SNES game, the Wii Classic controller is not working whereas some buttons on the linked wiimote do work. Anyway you can fix it by giving it an order (as described in my first post)
