Cannot enter Configuration Menu with both controller and keyboard

Hi! I'm having problems with both my Xbox controller and my keyboard. I don't manage to enter the Configuration Menu, even by pressing START, or keeping it pressed for a while. I read on the wiki this is what one is supposed to do...but nothing happens to me...any idea?

what recalbox version ? how did you format your SD ? where does your Recalbox img/archive come from ?

@Substring I'm afraid I'm not provided with any of this information, apart from the RecalBox version. I was given the Rapsberry Pi as a gift, and RecalBox was already there.

@Substring the first screen tells me kind of version 4.0...

Same problem hier... Just downloaded and installed it on a brand new SD... Cannot select anything on the menu with the keyboard...

My bad... The config of my keyboard had just nothing to do with everything I could find on the web... It actually works.
