4.1 Update doesn't work

Hello everyone!
When I try to update my recalbox from 4.0.2 to 4.1 it shows the "work" button for a very long time and then the system tells me that the update wasn't succesful and that the system will reboot. What should I do!? I really don't want to copy all my games two and external device - I think I would lose all my scraper works and a lot of time.

@lordizak Hi,

You should always make a backup before upgrading. Sometime things go wrong. That's a good advice for everyting with computers, and that applies to Recalbox!

Besides, if the automatic update system doesn't work, you'll have to install 4.1 from scratch. The good point is you'll have a fresh system.

si tu es sous windows, télécharge et install putty.
Tu devra saisir l'adresse ip de ta recalbox, et te logger avec les identifiants ID root et PASS recalboxroot.
une fois loggé tu arrives sur une page noire avec un # en début de ligne. C'est là que tu copie/colle la commande donnée précédemment (sous putty, pour coller du texte, fait maj+inser depuis ton clavier).
