I apologize for not correctly described the crux of the problem!
The bottom line is this, I translated the video output Recalbox(rpi3) via RCA, old TV, all emulators are working fine but the N64 when you start the game crashes -
@Artemcheg change at the bottom of recalbox.conf:
n64.videomode=default

@Artemcheg is the offset present only on n64? Otherwise you could try enabling the overscan in ES Menu.
