config.txt is read protection

I access recalbox via WinSCD on network a I tired edit config.txt for enable composite video
But it can't change because of read protection please help

Thank you :). I'm learn about recalbox for first time but I brought raspberry pi for first time.
I tired enable composite video but don't display on CRT TV but only display on HDMI

I want to know how to enable composite video on config.txt:

config_hdmi_boost=0

force hdmi while the tv can take time before sending the signal on the hdmi output

hdmi_ignore_hotplug=1

uncomment for composite PAL

#sdtv_mode=2
