[Question] Recalbox on crossover cable
-
A crossover over cable would't help, the pi ethernet is slow. If you want to manage your roms transfer an other way, use a usb key
-
Thank's the help @subs. With a usb key option, I can only do from the command line?
-
Do what from the command line ?
-
-
Thank you @Nachtgarm, I used this option before, but so I have to keep the USB stick in Raspberry Pi all the time, and my SD cards have more space then my USB sticks. ^^'
I look for a way to copy to the SD card more faster. I think it'll just be able to do this using the SD card on linux.

@PumpKHeaD Is it really that slow? I mean when I copy PSX Games via WiFi to my PI I get about 2-4 MB/s, which is a OK Speed for a little Computer like this
-
Yes, really slow, 54kb/s. impossible copy a game of 40MB, imagine with 700mb. I begin to think that my wifi adapter is not good ... Use pi2 yet
-
@PumpKHeaD That is insanely slow... What RPi do you have? I never drop down to less than 2 MB/s on my Pi2 (with WiFi Dongle) and my RPi3
-
Use a RPi2 with generic WiFi dongle. Something is very wrong here, I need to fix this So I asked how to connect the RPI directly on pc...
-
@PumpKHeaD Why don't you connect your Pi to your Router and try it via cabled Network instead of having to buy a Crossover Cable and dealing with the hassle of confguring your PC and you PI to static IP adresses, etc?
-
Only because my router is far from my desktop and placed in a high place. But I will find a way to fix this. And is not the distance the problem with wifi, because I use on the pc, smartphones...
Thank's try help me with this
