      Hello,

I'm using the PC Version of Recalbox 9.1 and I got a Problem.

In the Gamelist, Recalbox shows all Files that are in a Folder.

      Example:
In Shared/Roms(internal)/Dreamcast I got a Folder named "Daytona USA"

In the Folder, there are the Files
      Dayton USA.gdi
      track01.bin
      track02.raw
      track03.bin

Recalbox 9.1 shows in the Gamelist ALL the Files (GDI,Bin,Raw) in the Folder, Recalbox 6.0 for Example only shows the Dayton USA.gdi File.

So is there a possibility that Recalbox 9.1 only shows the Dayton USA.gdi File in the Gamelist too ?

In the old Versions of Recalbox there was the possibility to edit the es_systems.cfg file to hide files, but so far that I know you can do that in the new Versions of Recalbox anymore.

      Why is this so ?
Did I have to hide the unwanted Files by Hand now ?
Did you know how much Work this will be for over 200 Games ?
Or is there maybe a Way (I can't find any) to hide these unwanted Files automatically

@Cellcon I just scraped my games with ARRM on my PC, and ticked the hide options to automatically hide all none "game" files.
Simple to do, and takes just minutes.

          My setup:

Toll was das "Recalbox-Team" mit Version 9.1 hier wieder abliefert.

              1. I didn't use a Rasberry Pi4 I use a PC.
              2. The unwanted Files only show up in Recalbox and not in ARRM.

                1. it makes no difference
                2. that is EXACTLY why I said use ARRM.
It will automarically hide the files in the. xml file for you, so they no longer appear in Recalbox.

                  @RustyMG

                  Once again:
The UNWANTED Files (RAW, BIN and OTHERS) DIDN'T SHOW UP in ARRM.
There ONLY THE GAMEFILES (ISO, GDI, CHD, CUE and OTHERS) SHOW UP and I can scrape them.
Than IN RECALBOX THESE FILES SHOW UP with the scraped Gameinfo TOGETHER with the UNWANTED FILES.

                  To make it short:
The unwanted Files SHOW UP ONLY IN RECALBOX and NOT IN ARRM !

                    So, Problem gelöst.

                      @Cellcon apologies.
                      Boot up ARRM
Untick the "hide .bin . dat" option so ALL the files show.

Highlight all those unwanted files, right click, choose "mark as hidden", job done.
If you then save out that xml file, they wont show in Recalbox.

I had to do that years back with all the "extra" files in my CD32 collection.
