Lost saves psx

Hi, so I have been playing some games recently, for example gran turismo 2. I finished some driving licence challenges and saved the game. Today I wanted to continue but my saves are gone.

Why?

I have all BIOS files in place, bios checking function in main menu confirmed md5. What am I doing wrong?

@jakubm82 It is not possible to be sure with so little information.

What is your hardware?
What's your version of Recalbox (say the version, don't say "the last one")?
Did you build your Recalbox yourself, or download a ready-made image from the internet, or did you buy everything ready?

The normal thing is to have problems with saves when the BIOS are with the wrong MD5, but you already said they are correct, I will disregard this possibility then.

• It may be the storage that is corrupted (checking errors on windows can resolve)
• It could be that you turned off the Recalbox the wrong way (you need to go to the menu and turn it off correctly, turn it off quickly or simply remove the power cause this type of problem)
• There may be a lack of storage space
• It may be some random setting you made

Thanks for reply.

So I am using raspberryPi 3+
My recalbox version is : 7.1.1-Reloaded.
I downloaded it from recalbox page, if I remember correctly, and I have flashed my sd card.
When I check Bios Checking Function for PSX it says that all is OKAY - green status.

I will verify and take your sugestions into consideration.
