Trouble adding new games

i purchased a console that had recalbox and a ton of games already installed, the case is the nespi case+ if that matters, i looked at the files on the sd card and it has only 1 file on it with no games, the console has 216gb/264gb worth of games installed on it, would anyone be able to help me figure out how to install more games on it? thank you.

Selling Recalbox is strictly prohibited by Recalbox's own license as well as by lots of emulator and Retroarch licenses.
These sellers are thieves and crooks. You must understand we cannot provide any support for their hardware and potentially modified version of Recalbox.

is recalboxmanager installed? try visiting the IP address of the box using a browser from a different computer. If it is installed and working you should be able to manage software from there. You could also just reinstall (wipe and reload) the box with a new version of recalbox which may be a safer bet.
