Some issue after start Pi 3B + Recalbox with PS3 Sixaxis
-
Hello, i have:
- Raspberry PI 3 Model B
- Recalbox 18.07.13
- 2 PS3 Sixaxis Original controllers (my dead ps3)
- A BT Dongle 4.1
My issue:
- After i start my Raspberry with Recalbox, it boots properly;
- When i push the PSP Button from de controller 1, it blinks a few seconds, when it paires, the controller turn off all lights. I had to press the PSP Button for a few seconds to force the controller shut down. Then push PSP button again, on second time works fine.
- The 2nd controller pairs properly by pressing the PSP Button.
I already change controllers 1 and 2, but the same issue happens on controller 1 (even changing then).
Any ideas?
Thanks!!!
P.S.: Congratulations on these nice project, my daughter love the new console, as do I !!!

@cristiano-marçal try it without the BT dongle. Since the last year Recalbox is using the native bt of the pi3. No need of dongle anymore.

@gaetan ,Will try without it. In my first attempts, the controller not pair, maybe driver
Thx!

Now works without the BT Dongle, thanks @Gaetan.
I've just have a issue.
- With Official or Shanwan driver it pairs nice, but the 4 leds still flashing.
- With Bluez 5 driver, i have the same issue, when i push the PSP Button from de controller 1, it blinks a few seconds, when it paires, the controller turn off all lights. I had to press the PSP Button for a few seconds to force the controller shut down. Then push PSP button again, on second time works fine.
It's normal with the Official driver not turn on the 1 led and still flashing, even after pairs?
Thx

Thank chinese controllers manufacturers that partly changed the protocol. If they had properly reversed engineered the sixaxis protocol and not change some parts, they'd work flawlessly
