Transfer roms to internal storage via USB and How to reset to default settings

So I've been transfering roms via windows explorer or my web browser.

But I never found out how to do it by just plugging it in a usb drive to the RPi and loading them that way.
I know you can play games off the USB drive but I'd very much like to just transfer them over?

Also,
How do you go about doing a "reset to default settings"?

You can use the file manager from Kodi to transfer them with a UI too.

There is no "reset to defaults" in recalbox... Just reinstalling.

@paradadf if he meant "unload the roms from the usb key to the sd", then nope there is no easy way for that
