Testers wanted: RPI3 internal Wifi - Channels 12 and 13

Hi friends,

This message shouldn't apply to american and canadian people, because in these areas wifi channels are restricted to 11. And because of that, until now, by default Recalbox was limited to these 11 channels in all the world.

Now we've added an option to enable more channels in countries which require more channels.

Here is how to upgrade:

1. First of all as alwyays make a backup of your SD card
2. Edit recalbox.conf and set updates.type to: https://review-457-add-wi-9o3suw-archive-review-prod.recalbox.com
3. Reboot and upgrade

Once it's done, please refer to this new wiki page (unreferenced for now): https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/Wifi-country-code

You should find wifi.region=US in your recalbox.conf

Just change it to a code that matches your country, reboot (for now), and then test wifi on channels that didn't work until now.

@substring ok, strange thing... i tryed to change the wifi canal for the 13 in my sfr box. And, it work, but i didn't modify anything... i use a dongle WI-PI in my raspberry 2.
